We have two teams at the under 10 age group; red and gold.

About Under 10 - Red

This is a very talented group of boys who recently won the north kent youth league tournament and qualified to play in the regional finals at chelsea fc football ground they train and play at a very high academy style and all the boys enjoy being pushed to the very best they can be and are kept at a very high fitness level with most of the team training at kent fa advanced centres and a few at a proffesional academy ,the boys ,coaches and parents have a very close and friendly relationship and often spend time out to treat our players to days out ,trips etc to make it a very family oriented team, we are currently also getting prepared for the step up to 11-aside next year with many of our team already playing above their years at school football (WE ARE CURENTLY LOOKING FOR 3 NEW PLAYERS TO TRAIN WITH US THIS SEASON AS TO PLAY IN OUR 11-ASIDE TEAM NEXT YEAR YOU MUST BE OF A VERY HIGH STANDARD IF YOU KNOW OF A CHILD CURRENTLY U10S CALL MR OXLEY ON=07879441939)

About Under 10 - Gold

Northfleet Eagles Golds are a team made up of 10 enthusiastic players who have just completed their first season together in the Gravesend league. After a challenging start the second half of the season proved to be a real success where with some great performances they won the majority of their games and proved to be a match for any of their opponents. The team is coached by Seb McClatchie, who has the FA level 1 & 2 Certificates and who previously led the Nothfleet Eagles Under 8s team to the league title 2 years ago and assited by David McClatchie who has recently joined the team and looking to become a coach. The training sessions are fun, combining team exercises with some 1 on 1 coaching. All the players work hard and are keen to improve which together has seen them build a fantastic team spirit and all become better footballers individually and as a team.

Throughout this season we will be looking for players in readiness for when we go to 11 a side next year. If any players who currently qualify to play 'Under 10' would like to come along and join in our training sessions then please do, you would be made most welcome. At this age we are committed to ensure the players, first and foremost, have good fun, enjoy playing and are a strong and happy team.
